Trainee at fair LCS Team: Making sure everything runs smoothly – Julia and Fred get involved

Julia and Fred are tasked with researching the content and the context of the BrauBeviale 2014. They have many questions, such as: What actually happens when a machine goes on strike? Whom do customers ask if they have some technical questions? 

Who’s responsible for the maintenance work and for repairing the machines at need? In short: who makes sure that everything runs smoothly, and nothing rattles, judders and jams? The staff of the Lifecycle Service (or LCS for short), of course, who will be there at the BrauBeviale 2014 again to answer all the customers’ questions.

But one thing is new: this time, our trainees Julia and Fred will also be part of the team.
