They’re already responsible for the whole of South-East Asia, the Pacific region and Germany. The Krones Service Desk staff in Bangalore, India, solve innumerable computer-related problems for their colleagues there. But that is no reason, they believe, to lean back and rest on their laurels. On the contrary: in future, they want to get involved in remedying IT-related problems from the USA and other Krones facilities. The aim is to put in place capabilities for providing the swiftest possible assistance for IT problems encountered by Krones’ staff worldwide.
