Multitasking in the trade fair office: Trainee at Fair 2015

From 8 o’clock on Tuesday morning we (Jessy and Alex) set off for the BrauBeviale 2015. The fist “Kronese” came into the trade fair office, and collected their Krones IDs. When the buses from our facility in Neutraubling arrived, it became progressively fuller, and from this moment on our multitasking skills were much in demand. Not a second’s pause as new fair IDs were printed, deposited at our information desk, and collected by the numerous staff attending. We were surprised to find among them many staff from our international subsidiaries.

When things had quietened down a bit, we set off to explore the stands of the other exhibitors. From this moment onwards we finally realised how large our stand at the fair actually is compared to the others.

Following this tour of the exhibition centre, the next task was already waiting for us – issuing promotional materials. At our photocab, we attempted to persuade customers and colleagues to pose for a photo with foaming beer mugs – successfully! Overall, it was a strenuous but exciting day, and we’re already looking forward to what else is in store for us over the next two days.
