Krones’ trade fair programme this year
It started on 27 January – the new year. No, not 2015, not the Chinese Year of the Sheep – but Krones’ trade fair year. With a bit of a time-lag, and without any fireworks, the doors of the UPAKOVKA and the Unified Wine & Grape Symposium opened in Moscow and Sacramento.
We have a very full agenda this year: Krones is currently planning to take part in approximately 35 fairs, symposia and conferences worldwide. And we can be found not only at the traditional beverage-themed events, like the EBC in Porto and the Simei in Milan, but also at fairs devoted to packaging or recycling, like the Plastics Recycling Conference in Dallas.
Our exhibits, our display walls and our experts will be travelling to all the continents – to Dubai, Nairobi, Melbourne, Shanghai, Barcelona and Sâo Paulo – so as to (literally) interface with our clients, to familiarise themselves with their needs on the spot, and to conduct interesting dialogues. This will always be complemented on the social media channels by photos, links and information. Since we are determined to continually improve our social media coverage of the fairs, we’d be delighted if you could send us your suggestions and any questions you may have regarding the events in 2015 under this post. Here are some brief excerpts from our trade fair diary for 2015:
Krones AG will be occupying a stand measuring more than 500 square metres at this year’s Anuga Foodtec. From 24 to 27 March, there will then not only be exhibits on show in Cologne, but also presentations given by experts directly in the Krones Experts’ Lounge.
At the Craft Brewers Conference in Portland, Oregon (14 to 17 April), Krones will be showcasing solutions and products for America’s booming brewery scene on an area of around 150 square metres. We’re confidently expecting an invigorating atmosphere full of innovative ideas and brewing trends.
The keynote themes of packaging and logistics have not been forgotten this year either. At the Hispack, the IPACk-IMA, the Expo Pack, the Fispal Tecnologia and the ProPak Asia, we shall be spotlighting our packaging highlights, and are looking forward to hearing our clients’ wishes and accepting the challenges they give us.
Towards the end of the trade fair year, the CBST and the Brau Beviale will once again be showcasing Krones AG’s entire portfolio. And once the Gulfood Manufacturing Fair is over, our team will then deservedly wind down for Christmas.
