Krones Thailand Customer Day

What are the beverage industry trends for 2019? And what has Krones been doing since the drinktec 2017? Those were two of the key questions addressed at the Customer Day hosted by Krones Thailand. 135 clients from Southeast Asia (mainly from Thailand, Cambodia, Malaysia and neighbouring countries) attended the event in Bangkok on 1 February –  and even outreached the organisers’ expectations with this number. They were especially enthusiastic about the diverse and interesting programme and the stimulating discussions.

Rata Dulyapat, one of the event organisers at Krones Thailand, was delighted with the event: “The day was a great success with positive and very encouraging interaction. We’re especially happy about the positive feedback all attendees provided.” The day was rendered particularly appealing by the large number of international speakers spotlighting the multifaceted features and benefits of the House of Krones – always focusing on insights into the latest innovations. The presentations were supplemented by sufficient time for deeper understanding and conversations between the clients and the sales people from Krones. “As usual for such Regional events, not many questions were raised during the presentations. However in both the planned and spontaneous smaller group meetings held between presentations, it became much more interactive. There were more questions and these discussions afforded more specific explanations, enquiries to be received and leads were gathered,” is how Paul Schönheit from Krones Sales Asia sums up his impression of the event.

Additional exhibits also allowed customers to gain an insight into the diversity of Krones solutions. A 3D printed bottle, KIC products, smart glasses for Augmented Reality Remote Support and Evoguard products all proved very popular. In addition to those physical exhibits, the Krones LCS support service team presented their customer value including such topics as the KRONES.shop, Material Management Coach, Service Contracts and Energy and Media Analysis.
