Krones Academy in India: Always there to support
For Krones customers around the world it is essential that their production is efficient. And to have their machines running smoothly, our customers’ employees need enough knowledge to operate the technology. And that is where the Krones Academy and its trainings come in.
While the Krones Academy has its headquarter at the new training center in Neutraubling, it is of course operating internationally, training customers’ employees all over the world. In order to be able to offer local training and support, regional IOS (International Operations and Services) teams are getting more important – one of them being the IOS team in India.
Among my colleagues here are certified trainers who travel around and share their knowledge about Krones machines and their operation with international and national customers. But how did Balakrishna Reddy, Sharath Krishna, Venkatesh Yadav, Sambit Acharya, Ramachandran HS, Chaithanya Duvvuru and Mohamed Masood become a part of the Krones India Academy Team?
How the trainers of Krones India developed
Balakrishna Reddy started his journey at Krones India in 2007. He was certified as a trainer in 2011 and supported many regional customers in the following years – also thanks to the great support by Krones Thailand and Krones India. A few years later, in 2017, Krones India officially introduced the Academy department with three trainers: Balakrishna Reddy, Sharath Krishna and Vankatesh Yadav – and by now Balakrishna and his team successfully deliver their knowledge to the customers. At present we have a training setup with training kits for automation and electrics.
What can you expect from an Academy training?
Basically, our trainers transport knowledge both through practical and through theoretical trainings – and not just that, they really emphasize team work and fast and efficient problem solving. In the trainings, customers can gain knowledge about Krones technology and equipment and will learn everything to run their machines efficiently. This does not only help the customers to reach maximum performance, but also creates an even stronger relationship with Krones.
