Helpers in your hour of need
Each and every one of us has needed them at one time or another: the Service Desk staff, who help us to win our battles with recalcitrant technology. Irrespective of whether the computer spontaneously decides to go on strike, online access is being denied, or directories can no longer be opened – the first step is solving the problems is always: “Ring the Service Desk”.
And one of these helpers, who sit at the Service Desk and gets us back to work again, is Brent Knudson. In the interview, he talks about his remit at Krones Inc. and his life as part of the Krones community.
