Erin Dugan is a full time Industrial Engineer at Krones NA and has been with Krones since November 2015. Before full time employment, she worked as an Industrial Engineer intern with the Krones Value-Creation System Team. She has a passion for continuous improvement, lean thinking, and has led multiple successful continuous improvement projects and PDCAs. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2017 and is currently seeking her MBA.
