5 things you should really do at the Brau

The BrauBeviale begins tomorrow – the premier meeting point for the beverage industry. My colleagues and I are looking forward to interesting encounters with existing and prospective clients, substantive suggestions, new ideas, and lots, lots more.

Not convinced yet? Or you don’t really know what you should do first in the exhibition centre at Nuremberg? Don’t worry, I’ll tell you – five reasons to attend the BrauBeviale and then stop over directly at Krones in Hall 7A:

1. Drink a beer from the Steinecker Brew Center

Look forward to some out-of-the-ordinary types of beer from our brewing pilot plant. And you’re all cordially invited to subject our own beer to exhaustive testing in your own throats and tell us what you think. You will, of course, also be talking to our experts from Freising, who can tell you more about the state-of-the-art, flexible experimental brewery.

2. See exciting exhibits showcased live

We’ll be demonstrating what we can do, with several machines on show at the stand. For example, you can watch the testing station of the Dynafill beer filler in action – it halves (!) the time required for filling bottles. But the stand is large, and there’s plenty more to see: packaging technologies, fillers, valves, … – everything the heart could desire.

3. Explore what new ideas for wine-growers we’ve come up with

But Krones quickens the pulses not only of brewers and beer-drinkers, but of wine-lovers as well. In this field, too, there’s a genuine innovation in the shape of the UniPure filtration system – plus of course the experts concerned for face-to-face conversations on the stand.

4. Find the right people to talk to about more than engineering

Besides the technical shop talk, our staff on the stand of course have answers to all other questions themed around Krones. One of our HR people, for instance, can satisfy your curiosity about a career at Krones (and may even have some small gifts to bestow). Please feel free to visit her, since as everyone knows, there’s no such thing as a silly question and you can never know too much about Krones.

5. Mix business with pleasure

No spoilers here, just drop by and see for yourself. Only this: not only will you find your visit informative, it’ll be entertaining as well, with quite a few diverting highlights. Oh yes, and don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten the catering – Bavarian style. Plenty of surprises in store!

I’m also keen to receive your feedback: so what are your highlights at the Brau? What are you looking forward to most?
